The Pipi-Control system is exactly that—a system.
You are not hiring or buying a piece of apparatus and the special pants, but rather acquiring a full system, composed of the Pipi-control apparatus and the monitoring of our professionals via our customer service line, on +34 966 476 260 . Ongoing monitoring is important, because our professionals can give you specific advice in specific situations, while the system calls for perseverance on the parents’ part.

Method of paymentWe will send you Pipi-Control by Elther by mail (cash on delivery).
The package includes the alarm, two pairs of pants, the connection cable, the hire contract and the instruction manual.
When you receive this package you will be charged for the price of the pants plus the connection cable (which you will then own),  (Small size 45,90 € - Big size 51,90 €) plus administration (4,95 €) and P&P costs.
(This is payment No. 1. )

We hire the alarm to you, so the charge is based on the number of days you use it for. (1,50 € per day)
(This is payment No. 2.)
We recommend that you include a postal giro for the relevant sum when you send the alarm back to us.
When the treatment cycle has been completed, you send the alarm back to us in the original box—but just the alarm, because the pants and connection cable are yours to keep.

The Elther Pipi-Control system works with batteries and is not hazardous in any way.

Full guarantee of the apparatus and accessories during the hire period. We monitor the length of the treatment and our charge includes professional monitoring.
You can call us as often as necessary to bring the treatment to a successful conclusion.

We also have special equipment for deaf and disabled children.
